Afternoon everybody I hope the week has been treating you well! As I mentioned a couple of posts ago I am going to a wedding in a couple weeks and for the last three weeks I have been working out what to wear as its not a formal white wedding but a registry office and a party in a marquee with family and friends of the couple etc so I am heading over to England for it and I am literally having such difficulty working out what to wear. Its in May and at the moment the weather is warm during the day but raining with it getting a bit colder as the evening goes on so it definitely not helping me work out what to wear. I have three main options each worn different ways at the moment but I don’t know which one to go for and I running out of time!
This look is basically one of my options worn one way. I tried on a bodysuit at work (its not this one but I will have it further in this post) and just threw on this skirt with it literally to see what the bodysuit would look like with something and oh my god I fell in love with it! The skirt is amazing because it sits perfectly on me and when its all on together its just gorgeous on. This skirt is also available in white, shell pink and dark blue over on the website.
The bodysuits are something I am literally obsessing over lately and I have managed to bag six of them in the space of three weeks! These two are perfect with the skirt and are so nice on. The black front wrap bodysuit is one of my favourites. It is so pretty on and goes so well with high waisted blue jeans and a light jacket for nights out or a dressy occasion. I am so torn between these two looks its unreal!
I have matched this look on my Polyvore with this Parisian denim jacket because I think it adds a cool contrast to the look. It just adds something to it and saves it from being a bit of a boring all black look. I bought the second denim jacket on Tuesday and I was on the fence about buying a denim jacket for a while (Im sure a good few girls my age still have nightmares of our mothers dressing us in them back in the early noughties) but I adore it! In the set I have kept the accessories nude based to keep away from the obvious choice of white but I only have a vague idea of what I would wear with this look. This look is actually really nice with a choker as I tried it with the ribbon choker I bought the other week.
So thats one of my looks for this wedding but I have two other options worn to different ways to share with you so I’ll be doing them in different posts over the next week and a bit. If you go to my Polyvore you can see the layouts for these looks but I will be posting about them in more detail on here.
Speak to you soon guys!
